What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Drivers must be 21 years or older to rent a vehicle.
There is currently no maximum age limit.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. A minimum 24-hour interval is required between bookings.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We offer discounts based on rental length:

5% off rentals of 3+ days

10% off rentals of 7+ days

15% off rentals of 15+ days

20% off rentals of 30+ days

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for rentals.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Shortest rental: 3 days

Longest rental: No limit

Long-term rentals are welcome.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Sales tax is applied to all rentals at 7.38%.
Any eligible discounts or promotions will be applied during booking. Additional fees may apply depending on services selected or vehicle condition upon return.

How many miles are included with the rental?

All rentals include unlimited miles.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are:

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

We normally do not offer delivery services. However, delivery may be considered with advanced notice and approved non-refundable fees.

- Delivery within 10 miles of 720 W Lake Street: $125 one-way

- Additional delivery requests are handled case-by-case

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss scheduling.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Yes. Delivery and pick-up requests require at least 24 hours advance notice and must be approved by the company.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes — outside business hour pick-ups and returns may be accommodated with advance notice only.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Yes. Please review the following additional fees and policies:

Young Driver Fee: $200 (approval required)

Prepaid Gas Option: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $25 per day

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $100

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Yes. Mileage overage fees may apply depending on the rental agreement:

$0.25 per mile overage

$0.35 per mile after extended overage limits

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional drivers may be added for $25.

All additional drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Any evidence of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping, will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. All renters are responsible for tolls incurred during the rental period.

All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass Device. Please notify us if you plan to use toll lanes. Toll charges may take 30–60 days to process.

Customers are also responsible for all:

- Tolls

- Parking tickets

- Traffic violations

- Citations incurred during the rental period

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Yes. Vehicles must be returned in clean condition. Cleaning fees are charged based on the condition of the vehicle upon return.

Cleaning Fee Schedule:

Moderate Cleaning: $50
(mud, sand, light odors, minor spills, bug debris)

Heavy Cleaning: $100
(moderate stains, smoke odors, excessive debris)

Severe Cleaning / Full Detail: $150
(steam cleaning or significant detailing required)

Pet Hair Removal: $150

Multiple Issue Cleaning: $250

Extremely Dirty Vehicle: $200

Filthy Vehicle Condition: $300+

🌴 Beach Policy:
If the vehicle is taken to the beach, it must be cleaned before return. Sand and sunscreen residue may require a full detail and result in a $250 cleaning charge.

🐶 While we love animals, pets are not permitted in rental vehicles unless approved in advance.

🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Attempting to mask smoke odors with fragrances will still result in applicable cleaning fees.
